Signs it's time to call
- A burst or frozen pipe
- Sewage backing up into the house
- A water heater leaking from the tank
- No water at all
- A gas smell (leave the house and call the gas company first)
What we do
We answer after-hours calls and come out for true emergencies: burst pipes, sewage backups, leaking water heaters and no-water situations. You'll get a price before we start, nights and weekends included.
- Burst pipe
- Sewage backup
- No water
- Water heater flooding
- Frozen pipes
What to do while you wait
- Find your main shutoff (usually where the water line enters the house, or at the meter by the street) and turn it off.
- For a leaking water heater, turn off the cold supply valve on top of the tank and the gas or breaker.
- Move anything that can be damaged out of the water, and put down towels.
- If you smell gas, leave the house, then call the gas company and us from outside.

What customers say
“Water heater died on a Sunday night. Mike texted back within minutes, walked me through shutting it off, and had a new one in by Monday afternoon. Price was exactly what he wrote down.”
Karen T. · Davidson · 2 weeks ago“Second time using Lantern. Kitchen drain this time. Showed up when they said, cleared it, and showed me on the camera why it kept clogging. No upsell, just the fix.”
