Kitchen drain, cleared and cameraed
Third clog this year, so we cleared it and ran the camera: grease buildup past the trap. Jetted the line and showed the homeowner the before and after.
Leak behind a laundry room wall
Pinhole leak in copper behind the washer box. Found it with the moisture meter, opened a small section, repaired in PEX, and left the wall ready for patching.
Two toilets and a shower valve
Replaced two 1990s toilets with comfort-height models and swapped a shower valve that wouldn't hold temperature.
Kitchen faucet and disposal
New pull-down faucet and a half-horsepower disposal, with new supply lines while we were under there.
Bathroom remodel rough-in
Moved the shower drain and supply lines for a new walk-in shower, then came back for the finish plumbing once the tile was done.
