Mooresville Home base
Home base. In-town homes, the newer subdivisions off 150 and 3, and the lake side of town.
Davidson
Older homes near Main Street and the college, plus River Run and the newer neighborhoods.
Cornelius
Lake cottages next to new builds, and the neighborhoods along West Catawba.
Huntersville
The big 1990s and 2000s subdivisions, Birkdale, and everything along 115 and 21.
Troutman
In town and the rural roads around it, including homes on wells and septic.
Mount Mourne
Between Mooresville and Davidson, a quick trip from the shop.
Denver
The west shore of the lake, in Lincoln County.
Sherrills Ford
North and west shore, Catawba County.
Terrell
Lake homes on the west side.
Statesville
The south side of town is a regular trip for us; call for the rest.
