How do you price?
We come out for a free estimate, then give you one flat quote for labor and materials before any work starts. No hourly rate that keeps climbing.
How fast can you turn a vacant unit?
Days, not weeks, depending on scope. Your quote comes with a schedule, and you get photos as each stage finishes.
Can you help with a failed Section 8 inspection?
Yes. We walk the inspector's fail list at the property, quote it flat, fix every item, and text you dated photos for re-inspection.
When do you work?
Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. Ask and we'll send a certificate of insurance before the job starts.
Is there work you don't do?
Yes. New wiring or circuits, new water lines, water heaters and toilets need a state trade license. We connect you with a licensed partner and coordinate it with the rest of your job.
